Wellbore Submersible Intelligent Integrated Pumping Station

  • Built-in Automatic Desilting | Zero Clogging
  • Hydraulic Lifting Maintenance | No Draining
  • For 2-3m Narrow Channels | Sediment ≤1.0m

The wellbore submersible irrigation pump is specially designed for narrow rivers and canals (width 2-3m) where floating pumps cannot be installed. Its unique closed water intake and patented automatic desilting system completely solve the long-standing sediment clogging problem of traditional pumps.

How It Works

This irrigation pump uses a WQ series submersible sewage pump unit installed in a corrosion-resistant steel wellbore. Its unique closed water intake design prevents bottom sediment from entering the pump chamber. The integrated automatic desilting system continuously removes accumulated sediment.

Key Design Features

  • No forebay, no pump house, closed water intake
  • Integrated anti-silt, trash blocking and automatic cleaning
  • 20-year service life – corrosion-resistant steel
  • Patented hydraulic lifting system for easy maintenance
  • Intelligent remote control and real-time monitoring

Frequently Asked Questions

According to our product specifications, the wellbore submersible pump can operate normally in rivers with sediment depth ≤1.0m, and can handle up to 1.5m with its built-in automatic desilting system.

The pump is equipped with a patented hydraulic lifting system that can lift the entire pump unit above water for maintenance in just a few minutes. There is no need to drain the channel at all.

The maximum recommended channel depth is 10m. For channels deeper than 10m, we recommend our floating submersible irrigation pump.

No, it features a fully automatic desilting system that continuously removes accumulated sediment. Only visual inspection is required every 3 months.
