Design Features & How It Works

QIAOLUODE wellbore axial flow irrigation pump operating in large open channel for flood control

How It Works

This irrigation pump uses a QZ/QH series submersible axial flow pump unit installed in a corrosion-resistant steel wellbore. Its unique closed water intake design prevents bottom sediment from entering the pump chamber. The integrated automatic desilting system continuously removes accumulated sediment.

Key Design Features

  • No forebay, no pump house, closed water intake
  • Integrated anti-silt, trash blocking and automatic cleaning
  • Ultra-low water level operation – works at 0.5m depth
  • Patented hydraulic lifting system for easy maintenance
  • 20-year service life – corrosion-resistant steel
